Foodandwine.com: “This Chilean Sauvignon Blanc is the most interesting wine of the year”

Betsy Andrews, a columnist for foodandwine.com, tells us which are the 11 most outstanding wines in Chile. Among  which is our Sauvignon Blanc Cipreses. In addition to telling us a little about her last visit to Chile, where she visited some vineyards and tasted wines that left a mark, she also talked about how her perception of Chilean Sauvignon Blanc has changed.

Sauvignon Blanc is the second most widely planted varietal in the country after the Cabernet Sauvignon.
